Prosforo Bread - 2 lbs. (10 inches in diameter)

Prosforo (altar bread or blessing bread) ("offering") is made by members of the Greek Orthodox faith as altar bread when celebrating the Divine Liturgy. A special seal is stamped on top of the loaf before it is baked. Bread is 10 inches in diameter.

Ingredients: flour, water, yeast, salt.
